Recently, our company has been invited by the China Petroleum Pipe and Tube Institute to participate in the monitoring of the pigging process of the West-East Gas Pipeline. It is mainly to monitor the changes in the pipeline pressure and diameter at the exit, and to take appropriate measures in time to avoid the occurrence of pipeline explosion. Due to the great change in the topography of Sanmenxia, there is a section of pipeline that passes through a V-groove with a height of 120m. In the past, during the pipeline cleaning of the section, the pigging machine was decelerated faster, and the pressure at the outlet increased. Caused the pipeline to burst, causing serious economic losses. The diameter of the pipeline is 1.2m and the material is X80. The huge pipeline pressure in the test process is a serious challenge to the reliability of the detection system and the personal safety of the engineering and technical personnel.
Our company utilizes dynamic signal test and analysis system, pull-wire displacement sensor and pressure sensor to give full play to Dynatronic-tech's advantage of being able to perform telemetry remotely through network communication to avoid personnel approaching dangerous test sites. After 39 hours of continuous monitoring, it is of practical significance. The data, real-time observation of pressure changes in the pigging process, and timely measures to ensure the safe and smooth completion of pigging. The entire process, long time, and complex environmental changes, the dynatronic-tech dynamic test system is in good working condition, and the collected data is real and reliable, which has been recognized by the China Petroleum Pipe Institute.
As a leader in the domestic signal testing industry, dynatronic-tech cooperated with the China Petroleum Pipe Research Institute and completed the real-time monitoring of the pigging process of oil pipelines for the first time in China, contributing to the improvement of the safety of oil pipeline pigging work. The smooth progress of the West-East Gas Pipeline Project was promoted, and at the same time, it also demonstrated the actual combat capability and remote control of our company's monitoring system in harsh environments.
