Vibration Test of Large Low-speed Diesel Engine

The size of the diesel engine is 4m*3m*6m. The measuring points (a total of 50) are distributed in all parts of the diesel engine and each measuring point is equipped with a three-direction acceleration sensor. The diesel engine in test field can bring a large interference during operation. If the device for conventional test is used for measurement, a large number of 10m-15m signal lines are needed. In addition, the synchronization between multiple devices and power supply should be considered.

Dynatronic adopts the related device to solve the above problems. The device is placed directly near the point. Through a network cable, it is able to complete communication, power supply and synchronization immediately. Moreover, configured with smart wire, it can quickly complete parameter settings, and greatly reduce the wiring in the initial stage, sensor layout and device debugging time by only recording the EID number and the location of measuring points. Meanwhile, the device is powered by POE which makes it completely isolating and floating, so that the problem of 50Hz power frequency interference can be perfectly solved.
